The Adventureworks HR project signifies a pivotal moment in my journey as a data analyst. After a rigorous training at Turing College, I embarked on the world of data visualization using Tableau. The project revolves around communicating findings on the performance of the Human Resource Department to the Executive Team and the HR Team.

Learning and Implementation

This project offered me a valuable learning experience by allowing the practical application of Tableau skills through a structured syllabus. Key elements integrated into the dashboard include date filters, employee and departments filters, and a detailed table employees' demographics.

Insights Delivered

The project provides answers to critical questions, such total number of active and inactive employees, employee demographics, employee hiring trends, work shift distribution, and departmental distribution. By visualizing these insights, the project serves as a valuable tool for understanding the HR metrics of Adventureworks to optimize employee performance, identify areas of improvement, and ensure efficient workforce management.

Progress and Growth

While this project was through Turing College, it represents a pivotal moment in my progress as a data analyst. It marks the transition from passive learning to active implementation, as I applied the acquired Tableau skills to create an informative dashboard.
